RABBETED DOOR JAMB consists of posts, casings, jambs, and a threshold. The casings and jambs of the door frame are usually divided into head casings/jambs, and side casings/jambs.
1) The primed door frame is used for door decoration
2) It's made of Radiata pine
3) It's stable and not easy to deform under special processing
4) It's covered with primted and grade E1 glue.
5) The moisture is less than 12%
During the production process, the timber is kiln dried to consistent moisture content before machining and finishing. This ensures that Door Jamb / Door Frame is not prone to distortion or raised grain. Finger jointing and lamination of the timber components further enhances the stability and strength.

Timber cut into board, Kiln dried, FJ, Via Shape, Sanding, two coat primer and packing etc.
White primed door frame production:
1)Cut the log into pieces according to the moulding thickness
2)The wood piece would be kiln dried to within the 10-12% moisture content range to ensure stability through the successive manufacturing processes.
3)Cut out the knots and choose the good quality wood pieces.
4)Finger Jointed to the length required
5)Spray-coated with the thin gesso coating(Total 2 coats) and It should be sanding between 2 coats.
6)Fianl a spray-coated with the water base primer.
7)Final product check piece by piece and then ready for packing.
